It is with the utmost privilege and honor to write this letter. Debary Realty was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the listing process to the final closing, Tim and Susan both demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, honor and follow through. I cannot say enough about the working relationship being 1800 miles away that made everything so worry free. It was a short period of time after the initial listing when Susan recommended we adjust our selling price to meet the market demands. Within 2 days of adjusting to the market value we had a contract in hand (and no we did not give it away). Once the inspection was completed and presented by the buyer’s agent, Tim contacted me and disclosed the minor repairs needed. Being 1800 miles away I was unable to get a grasp on the repairs. Tim offered his expertise and ran with the issues completing all needed repairs. It was beyond all expectations of mine to have an agent help in this manner. The communication was precise and abundant. All repairs were done in a timely manner and costs were lower the anticipated. This is what a professional agent is all about. The team at Debary Realty is truly professional and honest. It’s one thing to say you will go above and beyond for your client, but is another to prove it. They did that beyond a shadow of a doubt.
 
 Debary Realty also recommended Hidden Treasures Estate Company. They sold all of the possessions in the home. Hidden Treasure was parallel to the service Debary Realty offered. I would highly recommend Debary Realty and Hidden Treasures to everyone.
